Peter Tso

President and Research Professor

Prof. Dr. h.c. Hei Sing Tso is a Hong Kong-based lawyer, scholar, and geopolitical analyst specializing in traditional Chinese stratagems and international relations. He is the President of Guiguzi Stratagem Learning and teaches at Graham International University. He has been featured in numerous TV interviews, including on Now TV in Hong Kong, Alqahera News in Egypt, and Asharq News in Dubai.

Marvin Lee

Mr. Marvin Lee is a PhD researcher at the University of Manchester, specializing in diplomacy between China and the Gulf States. He is the youngest commercial mediator in Hong Kong and has appeared in 15 television interviews across the Arab world. His goal is to explain geopolitics in layman’s terms, making the world easier to understand in just 60 seconds.

Research Fellow

Alan Tang is an MSc student at the London School of Economics and Political Science and a researcher focused on U.S.-Hong Kong relations and the History of Sino-American Relations. His main focus is on how Hong Kong has become the arena of the United States and China in the New Cold War Era. The current exploration of his research is on the activities of U. S. intelligence and national security agencies in Hong Kong after 1949.
